The Amulet Hotkey DX Series of KVM extenders are the most reliable and up to date available. They allow workstations, servers and Dealing Key Stations to be securely 'back racked' leaving only the familiar keyboard, mouse, monitor and speakers at the user's desktop. This frees up valuable office space whilst removing the noise and heat normally associated with a computer base unit.

Connection between the desktop and the remotely located PC is by standard Cat 5, 5e or 6 twisted pair cable with all adjustment for signal degradation (skew, amplitude loss and equalisation) being carried out automatically.
The DXS2 is the stand alone transmitter in this KVM extender system installed near to  the back racked computer and provides connections for a keyboard, mouse, speakers, USB 1.1 peripherals, two RS232 ports and up to 2 monitors.
