There are two simple ways to obtain technical support for your Amulet Hotkey products.
There first is to contact Amulet Hotkey directly using one of the numbers of email addresses provided below. The second is to log on to our online support software and raise a ticket with our support staff.
All product manuals, quick start guides, application notes and updates to firmware can be found on the 'Downloads' section of this website.
Telephone Support
When contacting our support teams is it always advisable to include the details of the product you are experiencing problems with, along with serial numbers, ECNs, CNs, production version numbers etc.
A brief description of the setup you are using, along with any supporting technical information such as PCs used, length and type of UTP cabling, video resolution and refresh rate always gives support engineers an excellent start in resolving any issue.
