Marketing Executive

We are searching for a creative marketing executive to join our marketing team – someone to develop and implement digital marketing strategies and campaigns that drive traffic to the company website and generate interest in our solutions.
Your responsibilities will include social media management, website management, search engine optimization (SEO) strategies, email marketing, pay-per-click advertising and influencer marketing. You will also need to track, measure, improve and report the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Our ideal candidate is someone with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing who has analytical skills, as well being a great communicator with excellent interpersonal flair as you will be required to work with various teams within the organization.
The role covers a broad range of marketing disciplines, providing a fantastic opportunity to get involved and grow your skills. Given the diversity of the role we are looking for candidates that have existing experience in digital marketing and proactive willingness to learn new skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing programmes, including website, social media, marketing automation, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Overall management of the website including developing and implementing SEO strategies
- Plan and manage PPC and online advertising campaigns
- Manage and implement editorial programme for social media platforms
- Collaborate and implement on best practices within marketing automation platform
- Work with the team to create engaging online content
- Develop and run email and demand generation campaigns
- Evaluate performance and prepare monthly reports on digital platforms
- Create and manage link building strategies
- Keep up with latest trends to evolve our marketing platforms and strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant field.
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a marketing
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms (Linkedin & Twitter), SEO best practices, and website analytics.
- Previous experience of using WordPress and marketing automation tools. Existing knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot a bonus.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to be creative and analytical.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
- An enthusiastic self-starter looking to get hands on experience growing a business
