    Stewart Holness

    Executive Chairman

    Stewart joined Amulet Hotkey in 2019 as Executive Chairman. With an engineering and marketing background, he has helped two start-ups float on NASDAQ, whilst working with a number of technology businesses through growth, funding, acquisitions & ultimately successful exits. Stewart is currently chairman of a number of other technology businesses.

    Tony Hilliard

    Chief Commercial Officer

    Tony joined Amulet Hotkey in 2012. With a 25 year background in tier one technology vendors, channel partners and tech start-ups he has a wealth of experience in leading global sales and customer services teams. Based in London, Tony is responsible for the strategy and execution of Amulet Hotkey’s customer engagement and go-to-market programs.

    Mike O’Sullivan

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mike joined Amulet Hotkey in 2019 as Chief Financial Officer. As a Deloitte trained Chartered Accountant, Mike has experience leading the finances of fast-growing, private equity-backed and leveraged, global technology businesses.

    Sean Copeland

    Executive Vice President

    Sean Copeland joined Amulet Hotkey in 2018 after a 20-year career at Dell EMC and other fast-growing technology firms where he was focused on sales, brand marketing and product management. He heads global business development.

    Karen Bonser

    Head of Human Resources

    Joining the team in 2014 Karen is responsible for the people management function, driving the people and culture strategy to support business objectives and organizational effectiveness. Karen covers resource planning, talent management, employee engagement, employment law, recognition and reward, payroll, learning and development.
